I’m surprised at just how many people who live in Australia actually believe that all religions are basically the same. You have your religion, I have mine. Whatever works for you and whatever works for me is essentially the bottom line. That’s fine to a point. But what if ultimate truth sits outside of what you or I believe? What then? What if ultimate truth can only be discovered by walking down a particular path? Walking down a different path may feel right, but if it doesn’t lead to truth, there’s a problem. Especially if the problem ends in death.

Jesus says, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me.”

There is something exclusive about His claim. Jesus says, He is the way (not a way.) He is the truth (not a truth.) He is the life (not a life.) Millions of people who have sought to test His claim have discovered that following Jesus is unlike any and every other religion known to man. All religions are basically the same? Not when it comes to Jesus.
